The UPS Store opens at Dawley Farm Village
The UPS Store has arrived on the east side. It’s open at 832 S. Highline Place in a retail center next to Budget Blinds at Dawley Farm Village.
“We’ve had customers asking about an east-side location for a couple of years,” said Dennis Cromwell, franchisee for the location and eight others across eastern South Dakota.
“This new location will provide much-needed access to the UPS services that our customers on that side of town have requested. We are excited to join the thriving business community along Veterans Parkway at Dawley Farms.”
The store, which is one of three in Sioux Falls, is a relocation for The UPS Store at 2522 W. 41st St., which has closed. It also represents a new layout and design for The UPS Store.
“They’re going to a more open-concept design, and eventually you’ll see it in all of them,” Cromwell said.
The new store offers UPS pack-and-ship services, printing and copying, mailbox rental and Amazon returns, as well as basic office supplies.
“We get so many Amazon returns — hundreds and hundreds — and we’re still in the process of moving, but we’ve already had people stop in,” Cromwell said.
“And with our print services, we can print almost anything, from a business card to a billboard. We can scan blueprints and help with things like brochures, posters and banners.”
A grand opening will be held at a later date.
Hours for the new store are 8 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. weekdays and 8:30 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday. It’s closed on Sunday.
