Midco moves customer experience center to Dawley Farm Village
Midco has moved its Sioux Falls customer experience center, or CXC, from Louise Avenue to Dawley Farm Village.
It’s located in a space between Bath & Body Works and Kidtopia.
Midco CXCs are designed as places to pick up or drop off equipment, answer questions and accept payments for the company’s internet, TV and telephone services.
“Moving locations is never an easy decision. Our Sioux Falls CXC is our retail hub that serves the greater metro, and as we looked at growing areas, we quickly keyed in on Dawley Farms,” Cory Lichty, vice president of residential sales, said in a statement.
“Being in an area with strong surrounding retailers and being in a location that is easily accessible are also important to us. We are extremely pleased with our new space and excited to continue serving our customers for years to come.”
Hours are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday.
