Eye-Site opens fourth area location at Dawley Farm Village
Eye-Site has opened its latest Sioux Falls location at Dawley Farm Village.
“Dawley Farms is experiencing a ton of growth, and Eye-Site has really great visibility and access, so we are enjoying that aspect,” said Shannon Muser-Schumacher, manager of the locally owned eye care clinic. “The response to our new location has been fantastic.”
The office at 1700 S. Highline Ave. is near Casey’s General Store and Caribou Coffee.
The location offers comprehensive vision and eye health exams for patients of all ages and has new state-of-the-art equipment. Services include primary care such as annual eye exams and contact lens services, as well as diabetic eye exams, diagnosis and management of eye conditions such as glaucoma and macular degeneration, and care of eye injuries or infections.
“There is a large residential population served by the Dawley Farms development and a significant number of folks who work at the surrounding businesses. It has been wonderful getting to know new patients,” Muser-Schumacher said. “We are also seeing a number of our long-established patients from Brandon, southwest Minnesota and northwest Iowa who are choosing to stop into the east location to have their glasses adjusted, browse for eyewear or pick up their contact lens orders.”
Three of Eye-Site’s six optometrists work at the building.
“The optical gallery is gorgeous and features a wide selection of frames, including sunglasses. We carry multiple eyewear brands exclusive to us within the region,” Muser-Schumacher said. “We have top-notch, friendly and skilled optical staff and pride ourselves on getting to know our patients and finding eyewear solutions customized to their needs.”
Hours are 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekdays.
Eye-Site will mark 100 years of local independent ownership in 2025.
“While the owner/optometrists, name and locations have changed, our commitment to exceptional, personalized eye care remains the same,” Muser-Schumacher said.
