Dawley Farms: Here's what's coming next
“With PetSmart opening next year north of Burlington, we now have the opportunity to bring a group of small shops like boutiques or specialty retailers,” said Raquel Blount, Lloyd’s vice president of commercial real estate. “These will be facing Arrowhead Parkway on the north side of the building.”
And that’s not all.
“We are also talking to another junior box retailer about going south of 18th Street,” Blount said. “We’re still wanting more boutique-like stores and more services in that area.”
These would be a big convenience for residents filling up the nearby Dublin Square Townhomes, she said.
“We’d like to see that next phase include things like a dentist office, daycare, insurance and specialty medical offices south of 18th as Dawley is filling up north of 18th Street, so we’re excited to start developing to the south.”
And Blount says if you’re looking for more places to eat, they likely will be on the way too.
“We know more restaurants will be opening at Dawley,” she said. “We don’t have any to announce just yet, but stay tuned!”
