Dawley Farm Village welcomes First Bank & Trust and Coffea Roasterie
First Bank & Trust and Coffea Roasterie have joined forces to create a one-of-a-kind new building.
On one side, there’s the bank: Modern, convenient and staffed with employees trained to provide a wide range of banking services.
On the other side, there’s the coffee shop: Expertly crafted hot and cold beverages sourced, brewed and served without compromise.
In between, these businesses share space and invite you in. A common lobby area with comfortable seating is ideal for Dawley guests to grab some coffee, catch up with friends, get a little work done or handle business with the bank.
“We’re ecstatic about participating in Dawley,” said Jason Herrboldt, Sioux Falls market president for First Bank & Trust.
“We like the shops and businesses that are already out here, and good business attracts more good business. We’re very encouraged by how things are going to continue to grow. The amount of rooftops on the east side is only going to continue to scale, so we couldn’t be more excited.”
It’s a third Sioux Falls location for Coffea, and CEO Bryan Kegley also is looking forward to getting to know other Dawley Farms businesses.
"The opportunity to be on the east side was one we wanted to jump on,” he said. “We've always been urged to come over and we're thrilled to be able to serve coffee out here."
This unique building at Dawley Farms is off the Arrowhead Parkway entrance and across from the future PetSmart.
First Bank & Trust is open Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. until 5:30 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. until 2 p.m.
Coffea is open Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. until 8 p.m., Saturday from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m. and Sunday from noon until 6 p.m.
