Crumbl Cookies arrives on east side, Buff City opens next week
The wait for Crumbl Cookies on the east side is over. The new location at Dawley Farm Village is open."Same cookies, different location, so we're bringing the love and quality to this site of town," general manager Colby Wilson said. "We've had tons of support and excitement for us coming to Dawley."
In addition to the signature chocolate chip and classic pink sugar cookie, this week's Crumbl lineup includes a rainbow sprinkles sugar cookie topped with an animal cookie, Kentucky butter cake, chocolate cake and peanut butter banana. This also is the one week per month that includes a mystery cookie. We won't spoil the surprise, but it's inspired by the Kansas City Chiefs.
Crumbl announces new cookies for the upcoming week every Sunday night.
The Dawley Farms location is franchised by sister-and-brother franchisees Heather Berry and Brock Stokes, who also have the Empire Place location, which opened in 2021.
The east-side store at Dawley is in a new retail center that includes a drive-thru.
"It's kind of a unique beast," Wilson said. "There are only a handful at Crumbl and more are planned so it'll be interesting to see how it pans out."
Hours for both locations are 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. Monday through Thursday and 8 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.
Delivery service will start for the east side next week in time for Valentine's Day, with curbside to follow.
Other openings in the retail center are coming soon.
Buff City Soap plans to open Feb. 16. The first 50 people to visit the store Feb. 16-19 will receive free soap for a year.
Other tenants getting ready to open include a nail salon and the new locally owned Cooks and Bakers Kitchen, which will offer upscale cookware, a demonstration kitchen and tips for entertaining.
